I’ve written before about the great messages in The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, and as I watch the movie this morning, I’m reminded of another one.

There’s a running gag in the movie about an old man who keeps saying to Benjamin “Did I ever tell you that I was struck by lightning seven times?

The last time we hear from the old man, he reminds us of something God is telling us over and over again, “We’re lucky to be alive.”

Ain’t that the truth!
