The folks at Southwest Michigan First, the economic development group that has been working to increase opportunities in Kalamazoo County. They also do some “feel good” stuff that includes release a “First Quote of the Day”, in efforts to help push the message that there are good things going on in Kalamazoo County.

There are some really good quotes that they put out, and I’ll share the really good ones with my friends. Here’s today’s:

In other words, if there’s something you can do for a friend who’s in need – then get off your ass and do it, don’t sympathize with them … just get it done!
