Let People Know You’re Serious

Muhammad Ali is quoted as saying, “People will know you’re serious when you produce.” When George Forman or Joe Frazier stepped into the ring with Ali they knew that he was serious about kicking their butts.

When the Jaycees produce, we go beyond words because after a while promises and declarations will sound hallow and silly. Sometimes we trick ourselves into believing it by histrionically cheering the same thing over and over again.

“I am the Greatest” would make us laugh if Ali never won a fight. Having results to show is proof for ourselves, especially when those results have us at year-to-date growth at the half-way point of our programming year.

Let’s keep letting people know that we’re serious about spreading the word about our organization. Let’s show the world that our results truly make us “The Greatest Young Persons Organization in the World.”
